What will my purifier remove?
We have different purifiers for different concerns. Our most popular filter will remove or reduce the majority of chemicals, heavy metals, giardia and cryptosporidium. If you're on tank water, an ultraviolet system can remove bacteria including e-coli. Talk to us about your specific requirements.

Can I install the water filter myself?
Benchtop models are easily connected to your tap using a universal rubber or diverter attachment. Underbench models can be installed by yourself, using the simple step-by-step instructions and supplied fittings. All you need is a drill, spanner and about 45 minutes. If you prefer we can arrange installation for you with our Mountain Fresh agent.

How do I know when to change my water filter?
We take the guesswork out of the equation and get in touch when your water filter is due to be replaced.

Where are the water filters manufactured?
Our filters are manufactured in New Zealand or imported from North America. The water filters have been hand picked because of their leading edge technology and consistently high standards.

How can I order my purifier?

Are the filters recyclable?
Unfortunately, no. We are always on the look out for innovations that allow them to be recycled, but our current stock won't allow it. Just pop it in your normal household rubbish.

What is your return policy?
A 30 day right of return applies subject to conditions, all collection and recovery charges are at the buyers expense. Our company policy is that any refunds are paid on the 20th of the following month unless approved otherwise.
