What is the return policy?
30 day right of return applies subject to conditions, all collection and recovery charges whatsoever are at the buyers expense. Our company policy is that any refunds are paid on the 20th of the following month once approved in our monthly Director’s meeting.
What will my purifier remove?
The purifier will remove or reduce the majority of chemicals found in most water supplies. It can also remove giardia, cryptosporidium, taste and odour. Talk to us about your specific requirements.
Can I install the purifier/filter myself?
Benchtop models are easily connected to your tap using a universal rubber or diverter attachment. Underbench models can also be installed by you using the easy to follow step by step instructions and supplied fittings. All you need is a drill, spanner and about 45 minutes. If you prefer we can arrange installation for you with our Mountain Fresh agent or through ‘Service Agent’ nationwide.
How do I know when to change my purifier cartridge?
Your purchase date is recorded on our computerised database. We then automatically contact you to remind you that your purifier cartridge is due for changing... when it’s due

Where are the filters manufactured?
All our filters are either manufactured in New Zealand or imported from North America. We have selected these cartridges because of their leading edge technology and consistent high standards. This assures you of quality we can guarantee.
